After trying everything on Pico, I ended up with a FPGA logic analyzer.

But you can do synchronous captures with Pico, I recommend to go with RP2350 overclocked, of course, double RAM, more pins etc.
You also need some well balanced high speed probes, it's not exactly easy at such frequency.

If you want to do long continuous captures, then you need at least some USB2 interface like FTDI.

EDIT Also you might try to use PSRAM... would give you a little more space.
