Hi folks,
I'm resurrecting an older project that used Windows on a Pi 2 B (v1.1). Since Windows isn't favored any longer with the Raspberry Pi Imager, I'm trying to retool with Linux.
I made a new image on my 32GB SD card using "Raspberry Pi OS Lite (32-bit)" (Trixie), but had trouble installing dotnet 10; the TAR extraction reported "no space left on device".
After some dead-end troubleshooting, I decided to re-create the image with "Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy, 32-bit) Lite" (Bookworm). And the same installation worked flawlessly.
Is there some compatibility issue with Trixie and Pi 2; or perhaps something to do with the SD size?
Thanks
-John
