Depends on the display. At the very least you'll need suitable cable(s) and/or adapter(s).

Yes, you can run a Pi5 on battery. Same spec as normal for power input.

What information is important when it comes to the display? The only thing I know is that is uses a MIPI 4 lane connector.

Is not having 1080P a deal breaker?

If not I'd go with the official v2 7" touch screen. Not full HD but cheaper, built in touch, and likely better supported. Probably arrive sooner too.
