I have been seeing this for a long time.
Can you tell "right click" on what ? The desktop ? A window ? The taskbar ?
Is it always or just sometimes ?
Please give as much details as you can...

I have had the same menu appearing but only after pcmanfm had crashed and the desktop was not reloaded correctly.
If you have it regularly there might be something broken in your setup. We should not see this menu
As the OP said. When I plug my monitor in after the Raspberry Pi 5 has booted there is a blank (black) display with a mouse cursor visible. There is no desktop, window or taskbar. So I can literally right-click anywhere on the screen. Right-clicking brings up the menu from labwc that has the two options explained above. Selecting "Exit" allow me to get to the greeter screen and log in.
Exactly the same for me. Blank display with mouse cursor. Right-click anywhere on the screen and select "Exit" and the login screen appears.

This is a vanilla Trixie installation that's only a few days old, and other than setting static IP address and configuring locale to AU, no other configuration has been done post the writing of the image to disk with Imager 2.0.0.
