rf kill is about telling the driver to not transmit anything with either a hw or sw switchmy question: is this Wifi + Bluetooth now "soft" or "hard" blocked?
but the dtoverlay entries entirely disable the driver and the power to the wifi chipset
so there is no way to even talk to the wifi hardware
