I'm not sure if this a hat thing, or a RP5 thing, or a thing thing.
I've got three RP5s set up as a proxmox cluster, and they work fantastic so far. All three are powered using a Waveshare POE hat and use USB SSDs for storage to boot from, not SD. They've been working great since I bought them. However, none of them will boot when I plug them into the switch when they initially get their power. I have to press the power button to boot them. With the traditional USB power, I believe as soon as you plug it in, the RP5 will boot immediately without having to press the power button.
Is there a setting I can do to make them boot in the eeprom maybe? I'd like them to boot no matter what.
We had a power outage and getting at the buttons in a cute little cluster cage was annoying. I'd like to not have to do that. They all get plenty of power so far, I've been running them 24/7 for several months now without issue! These things are fantastic for a small home lab!
