I have started using Gnome Disk and Restore Disk Image. Made one just a few hours ago and works great. Took 3 minutes on an mSD card.
Unfortunately I have a hard time with the new Raspberry Pi Imager 2.0.x. I know that a lot of work has gone into the new one, but for me it doesn't work well and feels sluggish :/
