General discussion • Small bits of plastic in Raspberry pi POE+ HAT

Hi

I ordered 2 raspberry pi Poe+ hats and both had 3 small pieces of plastic at the bottom of the anti static bags.

I assume this is not damage as both had the same but curious how it happened?
