What do you get when you try this?

I get 75% with just my DNS blocker in the router and my own filters. 89% when I add uBOL. I'm one of those people who wants to have everything available offline as well. Blocklists +.crx files.
I'm pretty happy with 89%. If I were to add the domains that are missed, I would get better. No point since I don't surf the sites. As I said, my files adapted for me. I'm around 100k domains on my filter lists.
