Wifi works, however ethernet does not. I've tried the same connection to my pc (eth cable from router to pc), no issues, tried the cable that I was using on my rpi 4, no issues. Also have tried installing many different operating systems, no luck. I've also tried updating my pi's firmware. In raspberry pi os, it shows a connection, however, can't connect to anything. Lights on ethernet port are orange and green.
