Thanks ! That looks like a great resource.

As I recall in my digging around "WAYLAND" is the one I should follow for Trixie, is that correct?

Depends. If it needs the desktop or you want to start your program at desktop start then follow wayland with labwc. That said, section 5.1.2 will work regardless of which desktop backend you're using.

If you not sure which you're using run the script at the link in section 2.2
