No idea I am afraid and it may depend on what version of OS you are using as the means to configure networking keeps changing. I'd also have to read Raspberry Pi's documentation or Google to find out.How can I assign the static IP to the RPi is also not known to me at the moment.
How we can disable the WiFi in RPi ? Can this be done through config.txt or some other way ?
