Thanks for the reply. Removing the SD, as previously tested, still results in a blank display. I tested my samsung monitor and my acer monitor, using a ugreen micro hdmi cable(not adapter), and a micro hdmi cable I bought at that same RadioShack(also not an adapter, just cable). And also, the raspberry pi 4's green light should blink 4 times when no sd is connected, even without a display. It remains solid green.
