Thank you for your help and time, please read to the end. I was able to solve this problem, here is what I did:
1) Turned on the internet distributor on my phone (IPhone)
2) Installed a different operating system (Bullseye) on the SD card.
3) Entered the SSID and password of the wi-fi I gave out from my phone.
4) Connected to PUTTY and RealVNC Viewer without interruptions.
However, one question remains. On the Raspberry desktop when trying to connect to the university wi-fi I see this error, is the problem solvable, or is this blocking the wi-fi from the university?
