We are using CM4 on our custom mainboard and running our custom Yocto image which uses U-Boot as boot-loader. We have couple hundreds of these boards and are having issue that sometime when started, the CM4 doeskin boot for some reason, it happens rarely , maybe once per 200 starts. When we detected it we checked all the voltages on board and CM4 was getting the right voltages. Any ideas how to debug this issue? Did anybody else had any issue with booting CM4 and U-boot?
Maybe the issue is in U-boot and not in the CM4 but not sure how to detect that, all we know that we dont even get to U-boot serial interface when this issue happens.
