from the video, it initially comes up with a red status led when power is appliedHowever, it doesn't sound like a PS problem, I suspect the PMIC is dead if you get no HDMI output on a device with nothing plugged in except power and HDMI.
then it turns green for a few seconds
then goes red again
that seems to be showing some signs of life, but its turning itself off after a while?
does the PMIC do similar if the rails fail to initialize?
