The old picoprobe firmware, and corresponding custom OpenOCD adapter driver, are no longer supported. Since v1.0.3 of the firmware, it now implements Arm's CMSIS-DAP protocol which is supported out-of-the-box with OpenOCD 0.11 and 0.12.
Separately, Picoprobe was found to be previously trademarked so the product name for our specialised debug accessory is the ever-so-imaginative Debug Probe. The firmware was renamed to suit.
Over the last 2-3 years there's been continuous development of both OpenOCD and debugprobe. Use the latest released versions for both.
