Now what should I try?
Referring back to my earlier advice -

This diagnostic does not seem to depend on any prior configuration. It should always produce an information display.
Failure seems to leave a small set of possibilities -
Faulty or failing TV/monitor/display and/or connecting cables;
Faulty or failing Power Supply and/or connecting cables;
Faulty or failing RPi4B board.
If you believe that you have proven or discounted the display and its connections, and the power supply and its connections, as possible causes of failure that seems to leave replacement of the faulty or failing RPi4B board as the only remaining option?
(I will flag this reply for the attention of Raspberry Pi staff in case there is something that as a volunteer I have overlooked.)
