It's an I2C scan, it didn't reach the device address, so no ACK is taking place in this case, not like I've shown here wit a healthy set of pins: viewtopic.php?p=2345508#p2345508

Activating pull-ups (10k) makes it worse, it looks like some (maybe pull-down) transistors are partially damaged, and get astray when getting warm.
