Troubleshooting • Re: Raspberry Pi Imager 2.0 SHA256 Error

Background : CM4102008 on a DFRobot DR0767 router board

Back home with the trusty ubuntu desktop - uploaded fine with 1.9.5.
downloaded 2.0.0 appimage and failed again - below is the stdout

note that the gui froze at 12% while the load continued as monitored by stdout.
Why do I mention this all - because is is probably not the image since it can be loaded with the 1.9.4 and the 1.8.5 so probably not an image issue.
