@Thagrol isn't the only one confused, you appear to be describing a common problem, but in reverse ????
Samba 4.9.5 defaults to SMBv1 as a minimum protocol
Samba 4.17.12 defaults to SMBv2 as a minimum protocol
People generally complain that they cannot connect to Samba 4.9.5 from another computer that has SMBv1 turned off.
The change of router really shouldn't have any effect here, unless there is something plugged into a USB port on the router and the old router was SMBv1 and the new one is SMBv2
