Hi all,
I was trying to post at [Hailo Community](https://community.hailo.ai/) but didn't see a way to actually register there...
Short version -- I just got the [Raspberry Pi AI HAT+ 2](https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/ai-hat-plus-2/) & connected to my Raspberry Pi 5 that had [Raspberry Pi AI HAT+](https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/ai-hat/) connected & working. I moved that to another Pi 5 that i have, works fine. On the Pi 5 that I connected the HAT +2, & even after following the guide the AI HAT is not detected. `hailortcli fw-control identify` doesn't return anything, nor does `dmesg | grep -i hailo`. I tried disconnect the HAT (& cable), reconnecting, & trying again. Still no change.
Is anyone else having issues with the HAT+2? Or any recommendations on what to try \ can contact Hailo for support? Or if i should get in touch with Pi Hut where i purchased the board. I'm guessing next thing i can try is replacing the ribbon cable short of needing to replace the whole board...
Thanks in advance for any recommendations!
